Multi-Spindle CNC Turning of a Copper Female Pin Receptacle for the Automotive Industry

This female pin receptacle was manufactured by the Jeffrey-Jae Company, Inc. Company for use in the electronics, appliance and automotive industries. With multi-spindle CNC turning, saw cut application, grinding, and drilling, and with a precious metal finish and a pull test, this female snap spring socket pin receptacle is manufactured with care and quality. To truly individualize our work for our client, this product was designed in close consultation with the customer, to a final drawing they provided.

We have manufactured this pin receptacle at volumes ranging from 10,000 to 25,000,000, with a delivery time of six weeks for the initial order. No secondary operations are applied, as the part drops off the machine complete, thereby heightening production efficiency. Special features include a spring type closure for positive retention of the inserted pin and a solder cup at the back of the part, to simplify assembly and reduce overflow. We offer gold or silver plated machined copper contact.
